1. SHIPPING POLICY

Each item is carefully handmade with close attention to detail. Most orders are processed and ready to ship within a few business days, through highly customized pieces may take up to two weeks. I'm committed to getting your order to you as to you as quickly as possible!

  • Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS, depending on your location and the size of your package. You'll be able to choose your preferred shipping method at checkout if options are available.

  • Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after the item has shipped. 


T Designs is not liable for packages that are late, damaged, lost, or stolen. If you have any issues with your package during shipping, please contact USPS/UPS directly.


2. PRIVACY POLICY

We value your privacy. Your personal information is used solely to process your orders and provide customer support. We will never share, sell, or distribute your information to third parties.

3. REFUNDS/ EXCHANGE

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Please ensure that all personalization details are correct before submitting your order, as we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If there is an error on my part, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. I want you to love your purchase and will do our best to make things right.

4. CANCELLATION

Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase or before production has begun, whichever comes first. To cancel, please contact me as soon as possible with your order number. Once work has started on your item, cancellations cannot be accepted.
